The decor in Malmaison was absolutely stunning. As soon as I walked in, I was captivated by the gothic feel and beautiful design. The staff at the check-in desk made the process quick and simple, allowing me to start enjoying my stay right away.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is right beside the train station and very close to the town center. It is too close to everything, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with fabulous showers and comfortable beds. The views from the rooms overlooking the V&A and the Discovery ship are stunning. The staff, particularly the guy on reception, is friendly and helpful.
The hotel lacks parking facilities.
